What to tell us when you call
- Where you are, and how to get to the pump
- What kind of pump it is (bore, irrigation, domestic, fire, solar or windmill) and the brand if you know it
- What it’s doing: not starting, running with no water, tripping power, noisy, leaking
- How urgent it is: stock water, house supply, crops
